Jay Z just added another win to his belt. This win comes after the creation of his Instagram account, which quickly gained massive following. It is reported that the rapper has gained over 1 million followers barely, 5 hours after joining.
After accepting his induction of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio, the rapper opened an Instagram account to showcase a poster of his new co-produced Netflix film The Harder They Fall, which drops on November 3 on the streaming platform.
It may come as a surprise to many, that the billionaire rapper was not on Instagram until now. He is not the only celebrity who have joined the platform in recent years. Jennifer Aniston joined Instagram in 2019, setting a Guinness World record, which was later broken by frenemies, Angelina Jolie. Jolie join insta this year in August and less than 3 hours, she had gained over 2 million followers.
As it stands by now, the billionaire rapper follows only his wife Beyonce.
